A technique that aims to improve health and wellbeing by deep breathing exercise and flowing external movements.

Caution

1. Moves can take months to learn


2. Stance and positions may be difficult to achieve due to their complexity


3. Consider avoiding in these situations: 


  • Back Pain 


  • Pregnancy 


  • Hernia (symptomatic)


Therapy for:

1. Stress reduction 


2. Improve posture and balance 


3. Increase power and strength in the legs 


4. Help with arthritis management 


5. May be beneficial in osteoporosis 


6. Improve general mobility 


7. Reduce the risks of falls in the over 65


8. Smoking Cessation
