This is prayer therapy that applies to all aspects of an individual's life and wellbeing. It provides a five-step template for prayer requests, and therefore allows those unfamiliar with religious texts to come up with a structured way of communicating with 'the Supreme Being'. It teaches the removal of negative thoughts, doubts and fear, and emphasises your oneness with the universe

        -    Recognition: Recognise the presence of the Supreme Being (God)


        -    Unification: Accept that you are one with the Supreme Being


        -    Declaration: Affirm that the Supreme Being is now in control of your stated challenges


        -    Thanksgiving: Accept that the deed is done, and give your appreciation


        -    Release: 'I LET GO and LET GOD';
