This is the ingestion of specific seeds at different times of the month to boost the natural hormones in the female body. The first half of the female period month is rich in oestrogen hormone, whilst the second half is rich in progesterone. It advices the ingestion of oestrogen booster seeds in the first half and progesterone boosters in the second half, thereby allowing the body to attain a good balance overall
