Some of the light sources may contain Ultraviolet rays. This is harmful to skin and eyes with even moderate exposure
Visible light with high intensities can cause Headaches or cause damage to the eyes and skin
Protect your eyes at all tieme
Avoid if you have eye conditions or eye damages
