This is the practice of eating human placenta for wellbeing purposes. It may be eaten raw, cooked or fried. It is believed that the mother benefits by eating their own baby's placenta after delivery, just like the majority of animals do. At other times, the placenta is eaten by people other than the delivering mother
Caution
There is a risk of spreading diseases if the placental blood comes in contact with the handlers' or diners' exposed wounds
The supposed nutritional benefit may not survive the cooking process
Although the act does not usually constitutes cannibalism in most localities, check with the legal provision of your country to avoid criminality
