These are plant products that contain important vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals. Many of them contain antioxidants that are likely useful to the human body

Caution
  • The ingestion of fruits and vegatables without consideration for other food groups is not beneficial to wellbeing


  • The process of cooking and commercial preparation reduces the usefulness of fruits and vegetable to the body

  • Asparagus: Vitamin E
