This is the use of extracts from the ephedra plants to improve wellbeing. Ephedrine is a stimulant that increases the rate at which our body processes work. It makes the body burn energy quicker, and to breath better. People have found ways to convert this into advantages for the general wellbeing. It can be found as tablets or Chinese herbs
