Coaching
Safe with pregnancy

It is the process of assisting an individual to achieve their goals. These goals may be towards an improvement of their ability or wellbeing. Coaching takes them from where they currently are, to where they want to be
Caution
Due to lax regulations for coaches, anyone could label themselves as coaches, and sell their services to others
Coaches do not set your goals for you, they only assist you in working towards the achievement
Coaches are different from Counsellors and from Mentors:

- Coaches deal with the present to help you learn how to achieve your goals
- Mentors discuss your future and aid you in identifying what your goals could be
