A dietary supplement that helps the repair of joint cartilages. It is usually sold in combination with Glucosamine, another naturally occurring substance that is beneficial for the cartilages in a joint

  • It is generally safe to use


  • May occassionally cause Nausea, Diarrhoea or Tummy upsets


  • May make Asthma worse; check with your care giver
