These are small flattened seeds originally from South America. They are rich in nutrients that are essential for good body functions. Ingestion is believed to promote general wellbeing

        -    Constipation


        -    Harmful effects on the gut and the heart



  • It may pass through the gut without being digested if the outer shell is intact
