Caution
  • Oral intake of Aloe Vera is best to be avoided


  • It is toxic to organs


  • May cause diarrhoea


  • Causes Abdominal pain and Damage to the gut 


  • Not to be ingested in Crohn’s Disease or Colitis


  • Has been suggested to cause cancer when fed to rats in the laboratory

  • Laxative (Banned in the USA since 2002 for questionable safety)


  • Scalp wellbeing and dandruff management 


  • Hair growth and wellbeing


  • Skin repair

  • It is a common component of makeup products, soaps, shampoos and sunscreens


  • It has been used since ancient times and it is still an essential component of some Ayurvedic medicine preparations


  • There is no scientific evidence that it helps with wounds and burns
