This is a herbal preparation brewed in South Africa that claims to help with the management of HIV and AIDS. There are different views on its efficacy but up till now, there has been no scientific backing for its claims

It is thought to contain up to 89 herbal ingredients of unknown qualities
Many of these will have undeclared side effects that may be harmful to the body:
