This is a method of meditation that is claimed to be easy to learn, quick to master and immediate with its benefits. It uses a personalised 'mantra' (a word said repeatedly) to divert your thoughts from the turbulent environment of everyday existence, into the calm depths of the mind. This is believed to be immensely beneficial for mind-body interactions, mind optimisation and general wellbeing improvement

  • Meditation may worsen symptoms in some psychiatric conditions


  • Always discuss your symptoms of concern with your healthcare giver


  • TM does not treat diseases as a sole intervention
