It is the belief that correct breathing technique and practices can relieve pain, cure disease and promote wellbeing. The therapy process attempts to mentally take you through your birth process, but without the trauma or negativity that you originally experienced. This proposes to release your blocked emotions and energy, and thus allow you to form trusting relationships

Some practitioners attempt a simulation of your birth by placing you in a 'womb-like' environment, or submerge you in a bathtub; be aware of the possible risks
