Khat is a leafy green plant originally from North East Africa. It is chewed for its stimulant effects. Many chew on it to keep them alert, and with a belief that it boosts their general health

        -    Diminished sex drive 


        -    Mouth ulcers 


        -    Stained teeth 


        -    Psychosis 


        -    Stroke
